All the artboards suddenly disappeared

When I was editing a file today, all the artboards suddenly disappeared.

I thought it was a crash, so I closed the file and reopened it, it was still blank, only the elements outside the artboard were still there.

All components, font styles and colors are still there, and the links previously shared with group members are still visible. But both the artboard and the prototype are gone.

I can still add new artboards and edit files normally, and other Adobe XD files are fine.
I am not a cloud access file, how can I retrieve the previous file?
