Amazon Ember font missing in XD, not in other Adobe products

I have installed Amazon Ember font on my mac. All my other apps recognize this font. XD still has it as missing. I've tried closing and reopening XD. Nada. I've tried closing XD, deactivating the fonts, then reactivating the fonts and opening XD back up. Nada.

I'd like to try prototyping using the xd-resources-amazon-alexa-ui kit but I can't seem to fix the missing font issue.

Have you tried to reinstall the font a few times? We've seen others have missing fonts and the reinstallation has then allowed the font to be found in XD.

I've not tried that yet. However, I have noticed that if I open a new XD document, the Amazon Ember font is found just fine. It's only the xd-resources-amazon-alexa-ui kit that can't seem to pick them up.
