android phone does not establish a real-time connection

As indicated, I connected my phone to my Surface using a USB C charging cable. Unfortunately, the real-time connection does not work. Is it possible that the Surface is not supported? The cable allows data transfers

Hi Luca,

 

Thanks for writing us ,Currently we are not supporting live preview from windows to android but you can  preview on iOS by installing latest iTunes on your windows . In order to preview on android please connect your android mobile to a mac OS machine.
