"Anyone with the link" prompts Adobe login

Hi, I'm trying to share a design for review and although I've set link access to "Anyone with the link," it still sends you to the Adobe sign in page. How can I share without others having to login?

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you confirm if you have voice features enabled in the design? If yes, then yes a sign-in is required because of security reasons.
