Apple UI Kits - iOS 14 Adobe XD files not opening! Version Apple files created newer than XD vers!

Tried to open Apple iOS Xd files on XD desktop. Getting error message saying the files were created with a newer version of XD. I checked my XD desktop version and I am bang up to date. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

    Thanks for reaching out. Please ensure that XD is updated to the latest version which is 35.3.12(https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html). If that's not the version showing at your end, please try re-installing XD and let us know if that helps or if you need any further assistance.
