Appliction Unresponsive on Shut Down

MacOS Ventura 13.1 Apple M1 Pro ARM Architecture 16 GB RAM

 

The XD application hangs on each shut down attempt on the above OS. This issue occurs consistently, near 100% of the time, on shut down of the application. Force Quit is required to kill the process.

    Hi @Colorado Nature Photos ,

     

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please update macOS to 13.2 and test again? Please share the system logs and crash dump if it still doesn't work. We'll try our best to assist you with this.

    Hello @Rishabh_Tiwari thank you for your offer to assist. I currently do not have system logs or a crash dump to provide. However, @Kobozy provided a separate thread indicating a similar issue where they have tracked dump files, which you are currently assisting, and which I believe this issue can be closed referencing.
