Artboard/Canvas never loads

Hi There. For some reason when I open Adobe XD the artboard/Canvas never load. No matter the size of the document I create or open it never loads. It not crash, just the artboard/canvas never loads.

    Hi, we need more information, such as the Adobe XD version you are using and whether this problem occurs with a specific file or with all files.
