Artboard not showing

Question

Downloaded XD file doesnt show artboards. The same file from same source in sketch format if opened in XD shows some of the artboards. but sketch app opens the sketch file perfectly and show all the artboards. Updated XD, gpu drivers and windows to latest already. Other files are fine.

Sorry to hear about the trouble. We can surely test this on our end, for that we will need a few more details like:

The exact version of XD and the Windows build.
Will it be possible for you to share the file with us so that we can test this on our end? If yes, please add the file in the shared cloud storage and you can either share the link here or privately in the DM by clicking on my name.
