Question

Artboards not showing up in XD

My Adobe XD is having problems opening, and when it opens it only shows the grey area, and don't matter what I do, the artboards don't appear.

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, and erasing the preferences, but nothing seems to be working.

I read that maybe updating the graphic drivers might help, but I'm having troubles with the last macOS update, does anybody know another solution?

Thanks for any help.

What Version of Adobe XD is this? What macOS Update was this?

is it also with local XD files? what is the Screen/Monitor setup you have?

The Adobe XD version is the latest one (45.1.62). My macOS is Mojave 10.14.6, I tried to update to Monterey 12.0.1, but I was unsuccessful.

I have a Macbook Air (13.3 inch) 2017,  with Intel HD Graphics 6000 1536 MB graphics, and 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 of memory.

I tried opening local docs, the ones in the cloud, creating new ones... it freezes for a while while opening them and then it doesn't show any of the artboards.
