Audio not playing

Audio file can't be heard when previewing on iPad. 

 

I have two audio files. One audio file for success. One audio file for error. 

 

On the iPad, the audio file for success can be heard. However, the audio file for error cannot be heard. 

 

I tried previewing on desktop and mobile, both audio files work perfectly. Why is this happening to my iPad and it randomly had this problem when for the past few days everything was working perfectly. 


And I am having a usability testing tmr (monday)...

    Hi @ElisePeh, thinking what I'd do, if you haven't checked these yet:
    -I'd make sure the apps on ipad (including ios) is up to date,

    - I would also try with headphones, 

    - I'd also check on another mobile device, phone, tablet etc to see whether it's an OS/device related issue.

    Would like to be updated on this issue actually, maybe also some other expert may have some suggestions. Happy designing!
