Auto animate for Dash pattern is now available with XD 36.

Hi everyone,

 

Adobe XD 36 is live with the following features and enhancements. 

 

Highlights of XD 36:

  • Auto Animate for Dash Pattern
  • New view options for XD mobile app

Enhancements

  • Improvements for CC Libraries integration
  • XD icons updated to address sizing issue on Apple Big Sur
  • Quality updates.

    Who asked for this and how does Adobe prioritize new features?

    Really. so many missing options that can really help to create better UX and we keep getting beuty features.

      I know, right? How is this delivering value? It's not even animating paths, just borders/dash/gaps....

       

      Anyone from adobe, can you link us a change log/release notes? I'm curious to see what bugs were fixed in this version.

      Ver 36.0.32 Chinese Error.  Big Sur & Catalina both.

        Hello, I'm using XD v. 36.0.32.10 on macOS. It seems like I can't get the Auto Animate to work on dash or gap. I was following this video tutorial: https://youtu.be/yJux5EIyW68

         

        Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

        Same XD version but on OS 10.14.6 - works for me:

        First I thought it's strange to animate these properties, but I can see the usecase now 😀
