Auto saves crashing and closing software

I had 5 crashes already in 2 hours of work today. Windows 10 up to date, 

adobe xd up to date (44.1.12.5) 

- Complex file as always

- my pc is not low of memory.  

PC Specs: AMD RYZEN 7 3700X 4.4GHZ. RAM 32GB. GEFORCE RTX 2070 SUPER WINDFORCE OC 8GB. SSD SAMSUNG 500GB M2 970 EVO PLUS, SSD CRUCIAL MX500 2TB. HDD TOSHIBA X300 4TB.

- Adobe XD is taking up to 30% of memory usage while auto saving. 

- There is no auto save adjustment to be made on adobe XD.

    Hi there,

     

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please collect and share system logs https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html and spin dump file by following the steps shared below:

     

    • Launch Task Manager
    • Select the Adobe XD process
    • Right click on the Adobe XD process
    • Select “Create dump file”
    • This will generate a binary file

    Same here, except instead of crashing, XD just freezes up and I can't do anything. It's been doing this for weeks now.
