Bilder via Drag & Drop nicht möglich

Ich kann keine Bilder (png, jpg, bmp usw) via Drag & Drop vom Rechner (Festplatte) in XD einfügen. Egal ob auf Freifläche, Form oder Komponentenspalte. Einzig alleine durch importieren ist es möglich Bilder einzufügen.

XD wurde auch schon deinstalliert und wieder neuinstalliert...keine Hilfe.

Kennt jemand das Problem bzw kann mir helfen?

    Glad to hear you're back on track. However, if you have trouble with the XD file showing offline in the future, you can try restarting the machine that helped most of the time.

    Wenn ich im Homescreen von XD bin, dann bin ich in der Creative Cloud angemeldet. Sobald ich eine vorhandene Datei öffne bzw ein neues Projekt erstelle, bin ich angeblich nicht mehr angemeldet. ???

    Dateien werden in die Cloud gespeichert. Innerhalb XD wird es aber als offline angezeigt. Was kann ich tun?

    mir ist noch aufgefallen dass ich bei einem neuen prjekt ein rotes Ausrufezeichen oben beim Dateinamen habe. Dort heißt es dass ich keine Verbindung zur Creative Cloud habe. Aber ich bin überall angemeldet. ???
