Black screen on workspace area. Unable to see artboards.

Hello, I’m encountering an issue with XD where for some reason I am unable to see any of my art-boards in the workspace, I could only see is a black screen. Attaching a screenshot for the same. This issue is on all files. Could you please help me fix this issue as soon as possible?

      Hi, I'm having this same issue. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and there's been no change. What should I do?
