Bounding box around a specific shape and overlapping objects with hover and tap state

Hi all,

I have 2 questions regarding hover states.

1. Is there any way to create custom shape bounding boxes? As you can see in the example below, I have a button with a unusual shape and I have a hover state on it. I was the hover to be activated only on the shape area. Is there a way to adjust the shape of the bounding box instead of just a rectangle?

2. I also have a chat function overlapping the buttons underneath when activated (with a tap) -see example below- Button underneath have a hover state and the chat is only tap activated. But I don't want the button's hover to activate when it is under the chat box. Is there a way to mask the bounding box temporarily?

I am using the latest version of XD.
