Bring to Front/back not working

Hi all, 

 

Lately me and my design team noticed that at a certain point we can't bring objects to frond or back or in between. The layers panel will show that it's happening but on the artboard nothing happens. I tried exporting  stuff to see if it was just a visual bug but here we got the same result.

 

Some new objects do go to back or front, but sometimes they wont. Extremely annoying bug.

    1. The version of XD & OS.
    2. Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?
    3. Would you be able to share a small video or screenshots capturing the layers panel and workflow?
