BUG: freezing of layers
I recorded a video with a bug. This happens when I try to move a layer or a group of layers (holding it with the left mouse button). How can I fix these hangs? Only pressing the button "Esc" helps.

No the previous help did not help. I'm not experiencing the issues mentioned in the link, and my drivers are updated.
