Bug: Repeated issue - when "click zooming quickly", XD often freezes on PC

When holding "Ctrl + Space" and clicking the screen to zoom in, if the clicks are too fast, XD freezes and has to be hard booted. Have had this as an ongoing issue for a while now. Trying to click slower...but it's annoying.

Hi there,

 

Sorry to hear about the trouble. I'd request if you can share a few more details like:

 

1. The version of Adobe XD and version of the Windows Operating System.
2. Does this happen on a specific file or multiple files?
3. Please check if your system's graphics card drivers are up to date as per the manufacturer's website?
4. You can also try re-installing the Graphics Driver and then reboot your machine and check again.

1. Software Versions
a. 48.0.11? (Whatever, yesterday's version was - today's is 48.0.12 - but I haven't been using the app to repeat the issue); have had this issue on multiple other versions of XD also.
b. Windows 10 Pro (but it also happened on my previous laptop - switched to new laptop last month)

2. Multiple files

3. Yes graphics cards are up to date - (new laptop); this issue happened on my old one as well. 

4. Will try and report back when it happens again.
