Button resizing with label / text lenght

Hi, I created a button and enabled responsive design, kept the width fixed in manual settings but whenever I am increasing the text lenght or size my button resizes, so basically my concern is that I don't want the button frame/BG to increase its size when I change the text inside it.

 

any help or solution please?

    I can't disable padding.
