Buttons are not working under shared link in Adobe XD.

Hi there,

I'm new to XD. When I Share a prototype the buttons on the screens dont seem to work. Am I doing something wrong?

We are sorry to hear that the buttons you designed in XD isn't working. We would like to know a few more details like-

Could you please confirm if you've assigned any actions to the button?
Is it possible for you to share the screnshot of your prototype mode showing all the interactions with the buttons?
Is button working fine when you previewed in the desktop?
Please share the link with us for testing purpose?

Hi,

I'm having the same problem - a link I generated for user testing (with buttons to click, and scrolling) is not allowing users to click or scroll. I have had a few people able to do this (Mac with Safari, Windows with MS Edge) successfully, but others are not successful.

Adobe XD version 45.1.62.3, Creative Cloud Sync 4.21.1.1

Unfortunately, I cannot share the link publicly, because this is a work-in-progress development effort that we are testing wireframes for with users. If an Adobe Support person is able to contact me directly, I can share the link with them.
