Can I build a "number counter" on XD and use it on Wix.com?

Question

Hi everyone, I am a guy doing video. I am happened to do a project which requires me to use Wix, a website building platform.

So I was building the site. Now, I wanna add a "number counter" feature. I had seen people built it using XD, but I do not know whether I can use it on Wix. (I see the possibility to export it as codes from XD, and embed it on Wix, but I am not sure that it is the way.)

XD designs websites, apps, etc. and can create graphics. It does not produce HTML/CSS/JS code for use on a website. So if it's some type of interactive counter that needs to function in some way, XD can only design how it looks... not program how it works.
