Can not create a sharable link

Hi there

I've been using XD for two years and never had an issue. My company has subsciption and we have unlimited links there. However, now I am trying to create a link and it says that I'v reached the limit for link sharing. I double checked with my admin - we don't have limits on links. Any thoughts?

Hi. The Starter plan (the free plan) has some limits. So, maybe you have issues with the login process and XD is starting as a free plan. Try logging out and logging back in Creative Cloud desktop app.
