Can not export any img format from xd anymore

I can no longer export any img file from xd anymore. Single images, artboards or anything. I have tried re installing and everything else I can think of. I keep getting the there is a problem exporting your asset error. I have tried a new file old files.

May be its because of the image format that you are using,
Can you try installing zeplin and try to export over there and download that image?
or use prototyope link and check the option to "Downloadable asset" then download that image from there

What version of XD are you running, as well as you operating system.

XD 56.0.12.6 on windows 11 it did it on windows 10 too. I just did a fresh install of windows 11 and is still doing it. It was working when I was on windows 10 then stopped then I did fresh 11 install and it is still doing it.

Sorry to hear about the trouble. I understand you have tried many steps, however, could you please check below mentioned things to see if one of them could be the reason for the export:

1. Your asset was too large. The size limit for exporting assets from XD is 16,000 x 16,000 pixels.

2. You may be exporting to a read-only or a locked directory.

3. One of the assets you may be exporting is under 1 x 1 pixel large, or an invalid object. For example, a path with only one point, or a text object with no text.

If that's not the case, please try exporting to a different location and let us know if that helps or if you need any further assistance.
