Can not load the document

Hi

 

2 of my recent documents are not being loaded, it returns an error:

 

Something went wrong sorry we can't open this document, Access this documents history...

 

in https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents..

it says download failed for any version that I tried.

 

My company needs these prototypes right now, what should I do?!!

Just interesting, can you see that file after entering to your Cloud Documents in browser?

Hi there,

 

I am sorry to hear you are unable to open the files from the web. Could you please make sure you are logged in with the same Adobe ID from which you have created these projects? I would suggest opening the file on other machine and see if you are able to open the files.
