Can't access cloud files or publish and links

I am unable to access any of the previous cloud file or any files shared with me. Also I am unable to publish any new links and update link. This isssue has been occuring for since 3 days, please guide me through the solution for this since its craeting a huge hinderence and delaying my work.

Hi,

The issue is still persistent and its almost over a week that I am unable to access my cloud file or either showing disconnected. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Sorry for delay in response. Have you tried all the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the thread which I shared above?.

Could you please try the basic troubleshooting steps:

Sign out of XD and CC desktop app.
Close CoreSync and all Adobe-related processes from the Task Manager/Activity monitor.
Reboot the computer.
Sign back in on the CC Desktop app and launch XD from there and check if you are able to open the file or not.

If still you are facing Issue ,then please share few more details in order to investigate about the issue.

The version of Mac OS you are using.
Screenshot of about creative cloud and about XD info page.
