I am unable to access any of the previous cloud file or any files shared with me. Also I am unable to publish any new links and update link. This isssue has been occuring for since 3 days, please guide me through the solution for this since its craeting a huge hinderence and delaying my work.
The issue is still persistent and its almost over a week that I am unable to access my cloud file or either showing disconnected. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.
