Can't access invitation to edit XD files

Hi there 

Whenever I am invited to edit and colloborate with XD files I get an error which says "You dont have permission to open this docume nt. Contact the owner for access or check to see if you're logged in with the right account".

In fact, I do have 2 profiles for the same account – the company one and the personal one –, but I can only assign 1 e-mail for both (it seems XD won't allow you to separate these 2 profiles from the e-mail setted up).

I was invited to edit and I am logged in wih the right account. This doesn't happen when I invite my colleagues.

I have: 
•  Signed out of XD & Creative Cloud desktop app

•  Closed CoreSync and all Adobe-related processes from the Task Manager/Activity Monitor

•  Rebooted the computer

•  Signed back in the CC desktop app & launched XD from there and still was not able to open the file

Is there any way to fix that or even to try to delete one of my profile so that maybe this error will stop happening?
