Can't access XD starter plan

So I'm replying to this rather late. I had a very similar issue attempting to install Adobe XD for my Macbook, as I cannot access the starter plan either. I've been told by Twitter support that since December 2022, the XD starter plan has been cancelled. Although I believe this is for new users only, as I still have access to Adobe XD on my Windows PC, and I can still access it there to this day. However, I do believe that any new starter plan installs will not work.

I'll drop a screenshot below of the chat I had with Adobe support via Twitter Dms. It's very frustrating. I've currently been left on sent after I asked whether there had been any announcement of the changes. It doesn't look like there was from what I've been hunting across the internet.

Sorry to drop the answer on you like that, I'm sure you can ask your course lecturers to help with access to the programs you need, or sign up to a student license of the creative cloud.
