Can't add person into the file, can't upload file into creative cloud

Question

I'm trying to share a file with someone and XD shows a message saying it can't upload the file in the creative cloud in this moment and has a link to a 404 error.

Is something on maintenance? Should it have a different message if it's the case?

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please share a few more details like:

A screenshot of the About XD info page.
Are you getting this error on multiple files or a specific file?
Would you mind force quitting CoreSync and all Adobe-related processes from the Task Manager/Activity Monitor and reboot the computer and test again?
If this doesn't help, please share system logs https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html through DM.
