Can't connect the internet to specific XD file

Hey folks,

I'm facing an issue about internet connection. Specific XD document can't connect to the internet (document is disconnected). Is there any ways to manually connect or something?

I've tried unninstalling XD nothing changed tho

    Hello Nika,

     

    Sorry for the issue. Could you please check your cloud storage by clicking on cloud icon in Creative cloud.

    Are the local changes saving inspite of disconnected cloud icon ?

    And provide info like Xd and OS version. 

    Could you please share short clip of how Xd cloud file is working and Creative cloud.
