Can´t create color names with identical values

We got a huge white label project with many different customers. All got the same XD file with a bunch of predefined color codes they can customize.

Therefore it is needed to have different color names with exactly the same hex-values. E.g. textcolor_primary: #FFFFFF, textcolor_secondary: #FFFFFF...

Unfortunately XD is merging/destroying names with same values. This is annoying. The user might even not recognise that he lost color names.

Why can´t this be up to the user?
