Can't create new XD document after migrating to new Macbook Pro

Hi there.

Just this week I migrated from my mid-2014 Macbook Pro to a shiny new 2021 Macbook Pro. I migrated all my settings from my old laptop to this new one, but since doing that, I don't seem to be able to sync to my cloud documents in XD, or more annoyingly, create a new document that I can work on locally. I've followed all this steps on the page suggested (https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/fix-issues-with-xd-cloud-documents.html) and none of the suggestions worked. I can open local documents without any problem, just can't open cloud documents or create a new document without the attached error popping up.

Would be grateful for any thoughts or ideas to get this working again as XD is my main work tool at the moment.

    Hi there,

We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. Please uninstall the Creative Cloud desktop using the Adobe Cleaner Tool and then re-install and let us know if that solves the issue.

    Regards

Sorry for the late response Rishabh. Needed to find a time to sit and do this when it wasn't disrupting my work. But thank you! The Adobe Cleaner Tool did the job. I can now access my synced files as well as open a new document. Thanks for all help!
