Can't create share links

Suddenly, I can't create any share links from XD. It keeps reporting, "Something went wrong Error: 44:63". I have never had this happen and it is any XD file I use.

 

Is anyone else seeing this issue?

    Hi @justing97896928 ,

     

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please try the steps shared below:

     

    1. Sign out of XD & CC desktop app.
    2. Close CoreSync and all Adobe-related services from the Task Manager/Activity Monitor.
    3. Reboot the computer.
    4. Sign back on the Adobe CC Desktop app and launch XD from there.

     

    Please check if you're able to publish the link. If it still doesn't work, please switch to a different network and let us know how it goes.
