Can't Delete Linked Symbol

OS - Mojave 10.14.2

I noticed recently that I'm having trouble deleting icon assets. It seems to only be linked assets from another XD document. The icon assets are not being used on my current document, and I'm just trying to clean them all up.

If I right click on the asset, it only gives me the option to Edit in Source Document... and Highlight on Canvas.

Am I missing something?

When you say linked assets, I am guessing that you mean linked symbols. I am on an older version of Mac OS, and I tried testing your workflow. I am not able to reproduce it.

Can you provide us with a screenshot of what you are seeing so that we better understand your situation?

Of course! And yes, the linked symbols is what I was referring to.

I have two screenshots, one where I only have the two options in the right-click menu, and a screenshot showing all of the options in the right-click menu. Both symbols that I used in these screenshots are not used in my document and are linked from the same xd document.

First Screenshot: Not giving me the option to delete

Second Screenshot: Giving me the option to delete

Again, both of these symbols are linked from the same XD document and are not used on my current XD document.

Okay.. well now I feel stupid. I opened up the Source Document to see if there was something funky going on with it, and I noticed that I can now delete the linked symbols on my working document.

I'm not sure what happened, but at least I know a workaround for this.
