Can't download XD

All my other updates to CC apps worked fine today, except Xd, so the issue appears to limited to that app.

So it's unlikely that the issue is at your end in your internet/wireless/OS settings etc.

Not impossible, just unlikely.

    I'm stuck with the installation of XD too.

    Somebody help please, Just don't know what do i've been trying to install Adobe XD for about 2 weeks now.

    What error are you getting when you download?

    Error code C191 exactly at 99% of Installation process.

    I branched this off of the response you just gave, as the previous one was almost a year old. What are you seeing? Does it not show up in the Apps list? Or are you getting an error when you try to install?
