Can't Export to Zeplin

Hey there,

 

         So unlike the other posts I've read about this issue mine is slightly different. Others mention that Zeplin is not popping up in their File drop-down menu, but it is definitely under my export options. However, the issue is that when I click on it nothing happens. Sometimes the Zeplin app will pop up, but not with the selected artboard that I would like to import. It just shows me Zeplin with nothing new... Help, please.

    Hi there,

     

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please try the steps shared below:

     

    1. Uninstall Zeplin.
    2. Reboot the computer.
    3. Re-install Zeplin and it will ask for permission, please allow that.
    4. Once done, please check if you are able to export.

     

    If this doesn't work, I'd recommend checking with the Zeplin support team. To contact them, please navigate to Manage Plugin and from there select Zeplin and you can contact plugin support directly.

    Hi, what version of Adobe XD and Zeplin are you using? Does this problem occur with all files?
