The program does not appear when the machine is accessed by another user from domin

Sorry to hear you are facing this issue.

As Adobe XD is a UWP application, it can only be accessed via the User profile that was used to install the app if the installation was performed via Creative Cloud Desktop application or by executing the package from the user profile.

If you have access to admin console then you can create a package of Adobe XD and deploy it via SCCM when users are not logged in to the machine. This will ensure that XD is available for all the users on the machine. Please refer to the link below for XD deployment with SCCM.

This information is not at the XD "Issues and Limitations" page linked above; it has not been updated since 8 November 2017.

That page was one of the first we found and encountered when testing Shared Device deployment, and it did not provide any answers to this issue. The only thing sort of vaguely close is in relation to uninstallation.

Could you please arrange to have the above article updated to be more current with the new information you've given?
