Can't import UI Kit

Hi, I'm trying to import UI kits 

I press  "Get UI Kits" -> "Google Material" or "More kits" 

But nothing happnes no popup no response at all

What might be the problem?

      But i dont get the popup that lets me browse to get them. thats my problem
