Can't install Adobe XD

My Creative Cloud Plan includes Adobe XD. But when I try to install the program from Creative Cloud - the installation progress is slowly reaching 40% and after that, the installation is so fast reaching 80% and after that appears the pop-up message - " Installation Failed". Also in Creative Cloud near to Adobe XD I have a reminder "XD is in maintenance mode". Maybe that is the reason. But when will this update finish and I can install XD? or maybe there are some another reason?
