Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please try the steps shared below:

 

  1. Click on the link to download latest supported Visual C++ downloads

2. Under the Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019 section on this page, download the following executable file: 

    x64: vc_redist.x64.exe

3. Run the downloaded executable file.

4. Restart your computer.

5. Launch Adobe application.
