Can't Install XD with error message about incompatibility windows version

I was trying to install the adobe XD but got the message below.

 

However, I have updated to the newest version, really weird. 

 

Edition Windows 10 Home
Version 20H2
Installed on ‎7/‎3/‎2020
OS build 19042.630
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.31.0
