Can't launch Adobe XD

Hi, I can't launch Adobe XD.

 

Tried to uninstal it, reisntal it, reboot computer.

What should I do ?

No update for 2 weeks now since I generated the logs and sent them to the support.
Not a single message or update.....

  • Is it a Mac or Windows machine?
  • Are you getting a white screen with the XD logo?
  • Have you checked if there are any pending OS updates?

Hi @HARSHIKA_VERMA ,

 

Thank you for your response.

 

  • AdobeXD (54.1.12). I tried other version but they all failed to be downloaded.
  • Windows, sorry I should have specify that.
  • Exactly this, white screen with the XD logo
  • Everything is up to date !
