can't open adobe xd

Question

hi everyone, I have a problem when I try to open my adobe xd. when I try to open it, it shows me white screen for about 10 seconds and then it disappears and did nothing. and then I was trying to open my xd file but it shows an error message saying "can't open this file".. I would be very happy if anyone could help me with this. thank you

there is only one solution, delete the adobe XD of your life, and use Figma, this adobe XD is the worst software I have ever used in my entire life.
