can't open adobe xd

hi everyone, I have a problem when I try to open my adobe xd. when I try to open it, it shows me white screen for about 10 seconds and then it disappears and did nothing. and then I was trying to open my xd file but it shows an error message saying "can't open this file".. I would be very happy if anyone could help me with this. thank you
