Can't open adobe XD

I tried opening my adobe XD after restarting my macbook, but it will only bounce twice and that's all. Please help me out!

    You may try uninstalling XD from Creative Cloud Desktop app and then reinstall from Creative Cloud desktop app and then try to launch.

    Same for me, I'm really pissed, why am I paying for Abode when I can't even install XD on a brand new mac? I'm loosing time just to use an app I have paid and cannot use. And what advice do you give ? try uninstall and install again. whao. Well I have done that 4 times now, and it's not working. So what now ? I'll have to wait a month for a stupid answer on this forum ? Great.....

    Hi all!

     

    I'm getting a error message when trying to open the app:

     

    "Adobe XD.app" is damaged and can't be opened.
    This file was downloaded on an unknown date.

     

    I have uninstalled it a couple times, tried installing an older version and still get the same message.

     

    Please help!

    Hi, what version of Adobe XD are you using? Have you tried to do a new software installation?
