Can't open Adobe XD after installing it

I have earned a 9-month complimentary subscription to Adobe XD from a learning program. I already had an adobe creative cloud so I updated everything and installed Adobe XD using that account.After instaling, the program didn't open. Am I missing any step? What can I do to resolve this situation?

    Hey there, Maria. What OS / version are you running?

    Have you checked the minimum system requirements to run Adobe Xd, and whether you meet them?

    When you say it didn't open - did nothing happen? Did you get any splash screen or an error message?

    Hello Spas K.,

     

    Thank you for your quick answer. In the meanwhile I restarted the computer and the program oppen!

    Before it was showing a white window saying Adobe XD for a long while, but nothing else happened, so I got worried. Now everything seems ok. I have checked the minimum requirements and it's compatible.

    Now I can do my project.
