Can't open XD File from newer Version

I have XD Version 45.1.62.3 x64. Trying to open a File keeps telling me that it has been created with a newer version and that I need to update. But i can't update to any newer version because I'm running Mac 10.14.6 and the newer version requires at least 10.15.

Is there anything I can do to open the file or what can the person with the newer version do, so I can open it?
