Can't open XD shared link in web browser

I try opening XD shared link in web brower, then I enter the password and click "view" button, no response, page not loading succesffuly even no error notification, I try different webe browsers like Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, the issue is the same. 

I can confirm the password is correct.

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please try the suggestions shared by @Spas K. In addition to that, would you mind asking the owner of the file to test the file once or update the link once and then reshare the file?

    Hey there. Did you also try a different machine? Can others access it? Can you successfully view other links (not protected with a password)?

     

    Can you try creating such a link yourself, with a password, and try accessing it? Also - try opening it through an incognito / privacy tab.

     

    Sometimes there are DNS issues and other connection / network problems that resolve on their own or happen randomly due to some maintenance, but are hard to track. You can open up developer tools on your browser (Ctrl+Shift+I), go to the Network tab, then open the link and see if there any errors thrown.
