can't publish prototype or share anything. it either freeze after 50% or after 100%

Hi,

I have tried to update link it didn't work I have tried to create new link still didn't work.

I have created a smaller file with fewer screens still it doesn't work.

I have to share it with the developer and I didn't find the answer in the forum

please let me know how it can be solved

    I have been in this page before I have tried to check some of the options written there even uninstall everything, even though it's not saying any error just being stuck.
