Can't publish prototype with team licence

Hello,

I am facing big issue when trying to publish prototype on cloud, it says that i can have only one active prototype with my current plan.

I am using all apps from creative cloud package without problem with team licence, and XD is only one that is asking for license.

I used to have free version of XD before, but even after reinstalling problem is not solved.

Can anyone help?

    From your description it looks like the app believes that you have a starter plan instead of the full fledged CC plan. Depending on the kind of license that you have, I suggest asking the administrator of your licenses (assuming you are not one) to get in touch with the Adobe Support team directly using the information provided during purchase.
