Can't share links or upgrade

Hi,

I am retraining for a new career and cannot upgrade or share links without asking an administrator or contacting IT according to the error messages.  Even though I have updated my email it keeps showing my old email address.  I do not currently have administrators nor IT.  How can I upgrade or share links?

    Are you just learning and XD and can't export links, or do you have an account with files that you used to be able to create share links for but now you can't?

     

    If it's the first and you're learning to design in an app like XD, please know that XD is no longer being updated now that Adobe is aiming to aquire Figma. You should be learning Figma and not XD.

    Yes, it was a requirement for a course.  It's fixed.  I thought I had one account and had just changed my email address in the account but apparently that caused me to have two separate accounts.  Thank you!
