Can't update or uninstall

My internet faltered while XD was updating causing the update to fail, and now with everything back to normal, all updates fail.  The old version still runs, but I'd rather be able to update the software.

Also, in windows control panel, XD isn't even listed, and in the Creative Cloud software, if I click on the three dots besides XD, "uninstall" isn't listed.
